Subject: RE: Other than eating at Subway more often, what are some more ways I can improve my diet?
I don't find Subway particularly healthy.
A George Foreman grill was my savior. Slab on a big piece of chicken breast, a lean pork chop or an extra lean hamburger, throw on some spinach and tomatoes and you're done.
Stick a small potato in the microwave for a couple of minutes for some carbs and fiber.
