I always thought sex the night before a race was great in that it relaxed you and led to better sleep. Definitely not the morning of, however. You need to concentrate and maintain focus.

To naturally maintain testosterone, good diet, reduction of stress, and adequate sleep. I did read somewhere that HGH production peaks during deep sleep.
