Should I be worried? Body: Ganglion cysts typically aren't big enough to be classified as a bump, but they are tiny nodules usually found around the wrist (usually only have 1 cyst if you have one). If it is in your forearm or upperarm, and under the skin and there is no discoloration now or in the past, and it is kinda firm and not tender, most likely a lipoma, which is a benign fatty tumor.
