Body: Be sure to get in some cholesterol but mainly mono-unsaturated fatty acids (think olive oil and nuts). Plenty of sleep and lack of stress also help a lot. Being single helps quite a bit. Plenty of zinc is critical as well (either supplement or eat a lot of red meat). But yeah, mainly diet, sleep, and stress.
