Body: I just wanted to see where everyone stood on this issue. I was thinking about some of the HS coaches in my area who are considered 'legendary' at the HS level... many of them have extremely different ideologies, and trends of either huge success or burnout/failure when their athletes reach the collegiate level. Should the success of a high school coach also be determined by their athletes abilities to continue performing at a high level once they're gone?
