Subject: Comment on my workout. (4x400m @ 800m pace. 5min rest)
Body:

Comment on my workout. 4x400m at 57, 59, 60, 62. All with five minutes rest. My intentions were to run each at 60s. All of them were run with good form, even the last one. I didn't realize my last one was slow until after the rep. If I knew that I was running slow, I probably could have run it at 60.

So what does this say about my 800m time?, if anything. I was thinking that I could do a 2'05 at my first outdoor meet next week. What do you think?

Keep in consideration that this is my first 800m paced workout for the year.
