But I have put 4,000 miles on my legs this past year and never had a massage. I feel like things are beginning to get a little stuck but foam rolling seems to fix them but temporarily. For what it's worth I've broken 14 minutes in the 5k(I know someone's going to ask this) I don't have a hot wife. I'm 21. Do I need to get a sports massage? Is it essential? Lot's of elites do it.
