Hard to tell you anything on just one workout without seeing the full picture. Really depends what you've done in the last 14 days.

I plan on doing a workout on the track on Wednesday...
The plan is 8-10 by 1k with 1 minute rest.
I was thinking about hitting them in 3:12-3:15

Should I running them faster?
