Wednesday: 9.9 miles easy
Thursday: 8 miles easy
Friday: 3.1 miles easy
Saturday: 7 miles easy on TM @ 8:00 pace
Sunday: 3.1 / 8 miles easy (11.1)

My mileage is less pathetic when I realize it's the most I've run in either a 6 or 7 day period since 2005. Gonna keep truckin' on 'cause that's all I can do right now. I have 7 or 8 weeks left to build fitness before the taper so slacking off is going to get dangerous.
