You are reporting the following post to the moderators for review and possible removal from the forum Poster: Tiger_runner Subject: RE: Marathon Training Thread - Week Ending 3/25 Body: I have went all trails this week, I bike to the trails and back it is usually 6-7 miles. I was running laps on the golf course until today but I got told I can't do that anymore by the head guy I guess. So I need to find more grass and run on that. Running the tight corners and steep slopes is helping strengthen everything. The biking helps too, I agreed with my coach to redshirt this semester, looks like I will be a 5th year and it will give me a solid chance in the marathon Monday 5 Tuesday 5 Wednesday 3- ran with minimalist shoes on and did some form drills too Thursday 6 Friday 6 Saturday 6.5 Sunday 9.5 Running miles 41 Biking miles 65.5- came off the bike on a corner this week too, bike and myself went on the grass and all is good Hope everyone had a good week Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
