If you don't respect yourself enough to take care of your body, don't expect me to respect you either. I discriminate all the time when hiring. Fat people and smokers are on the top of my list. If you don't like it, hire the fat people. I won't mind at all. College athletes are at the top of my list, always. I would say that I ONLY hire college athletes but that is not entirely true. But, being an athlete in a college setting certainly bubbles you to the top of my list quickly. Clearly that has to be combined with other skills but it shows commitment and discipline. At least for me. So, go for it Google. If fat people don't like it. they can lose weight. It is that simple. That EASILY got fat, they can easily lose it.
