You are reporting the following post to the moderators for review and possible removal from the forum Poster: categorically Subject: RE: Marathon Training Thread - Week Ending 3/25 Body: Race: Boston Goal: 2:27 S - 23, average 6:45 but I was rolling and throwing in some at close to 6:00. M - 10 T - 8 W - 10mi tempo in 55:55. I had low energy mid week and practically slept while running this. Pretty pleased considering how I felt. T - 7 in my new flats for the race F - 10 easy S - 15x1k in 4 groups - 3,5,5,2. Here are my splits. Each dash is a 200m active recovery. 3:27-27-27---21-18-18-17-17---15-18-17-12-9---05-01. This was a really good workout. I didn't feel taxed too much in either cardio or muscular. Total - 90 Three weeks to Boston. I just want to stay healthy.
