Pretty sure he choked in the '04 1500m Olympic first Prelim. Missed the cut by .11 and finished 9th in his heat. In '07 WC 1500m, he was either first or second for the almost the entire race and got destroyed in the final 100m. This is the same season he beasted Baala in Paris in the final 50m to run a 3:30. I love Webb but he chokes when it comes to big pressure races, specifically WC/Olympics. His most defining race, in my opinion, the 3:46, happened in a rinky dink venue, with no names and running the race by himself. Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
