Why not just wear baggy shorts when training & Body: When I got a running injury, I switched to cycling. Like the OP, I thought I would just wear khakis and a T-shirt instead of those silly outfits. Boy was I wrong. 20 miles into a ride and I realized it was difficult for cars to see me, my crotch was entirely numb, and I didn't have enough places to store food.
