Zimmerman tried to ask him some questions and got his a$$ beat. He then killed Trayvon Martin in self defense. Should he have tried to play cop? No, but that doesn't give Trayvon Martin the right to attack someone who is asking him what he's doing at night in gang attire. Either way, once the cops had arrived Zimmerman if he hadn't shot Martin, would not be charged with anything and Martin would be in jail right now for battery.
