It appears that El G would do his 'aerobic endurance' runs at 3:10-2:50/km. For a 3:43 miler / 12:50 5,000m runner, 5:00-4:30 sounds reasonable for those types of training pace. The dude must have had phenomenal recovery to be able to do this day in and day out. I'm on day 3 of recovery pace runs trying to recover from a 4 mile tempo the other night. :) Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
