7am is a good time. It will be humid, but not too hot. I would get up early (maybe 5am). If you drink coffee, drink it as soon as you wake up. Drinking it too close to the race can give you a bit of cottonmouth. Drink a little water after your coffee, and maybe have a banana or powerbar (or skip breakfast). Don't eat or drink too much in the last hour before the race.

Have fun, and remember to draft off others as much as possible.
