Subject: RE: high school bans shirtless running Body: This did happen at a track where I live, called Westwood. It's in Morgantown, WV. People claimed they were intimidated by guys not wearing shirts, and then bam, no running shirt less. But we don't run there anymore, and we haven't had a problem.
