Poster: Radioman
Subject: Retrocalcaneal bursitis (Ultrasound results)
Body:

Had an ultrasound done on my Achilles to make sure there was no tearing. Here are the results

- Achillies is normal
- "tiny fluid collection close to the insertion of achillies tendon into calcaneum measuring 6 x 5 x 6mm"
- "Small fluid collection in retrocalcaneal bursa measuring 6 x 3 x 6mm"

So what does that mean? are those average size collections of fluid?
Whats the best way to get ride of it?
How long do you think this will take to heal?
I've been biking and swimming and running just a touch, should I be doing those 3? or just let it heal?
Should I be doing Eccentric heel drops?
