If you coast a lot and don't ride a steady high power output, there is not relationship.

Volume at a given effort. 80 minutes of riding at the same HR that I would achieve on an easy 80 minute run is equivalent cardiovascularly. This requires no coasting, a consistent 90+ rpm cadence, and fairly high wattage.

If I run 11 miles in 80 minutes with a average HR of 120, that is the same cardiovascular training as riding 80 minutes with an average HR of 120. You will have to work a lot harder, though to achieve steady running-caliber effort on a bike.
