5X100 with Charlie Francis-style alactic long rest yesterday outdoors at Boise State before NCAA Indoors started.

So...


And I think some of the overdistance I do in winter like 3X2X150 with 60sec/10-15 minutes can be done on roads. I do this on grass in training shoes. Even though I have a track available I mostly stay off it--just like the Jamaicans.
