Subject: First outdoor track workout of the year-------PAIN!
Body:

Mid-60's here yesterday, got on a solid outdoor track for the first time since October.

I'm sorry, but weights, treadmill, 25m accelerations, and other stuff just don't do it for me.

Today? Beautiful ham pain, just enough to feel good...feet a bit sore...bi's and elbows(!) a bit sore.

Feels GREAT.

There was no "pop" on some accelerations from 3-point stance, but I didn't expect there to be.

You guys with year-round tracks should feel privileged. It SUCKS not doing it in the winter.
