Body: The IAAF tules say the outgoing legs line up in order of the incoming runners as they hit the 100m(top of straight?) to go mark and must stay in that position even if the lead changes in that final 100 for the incomming runner- or somesuch language I've followed Athletics since the 1950's and never saw this called...
