Body: Preble had both legs in lane 4 at the end of his 50 meter block. Ballsy move, but no-brainer call on the DQ. Didn't Arkansas get DQ'd from a win in the DMR in the early/mid '00's for something similar? Arkansas guy took Michigan's Brannen way out on the final straight and got the DQ.
