Body: Since Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday are only 5-6 miles easy, then your coach has some concept of recovery days. If this training schedule is too hard, I recommend running Wednesday easier, and also taking Sunday completely off. Remember, running is a long process that takes years to develop.
