i put in 70-80 mpw over the base, but have maybe 6-7 weeks left in my "season" (not racing much too). could i drop down to the 60s for the last 6-7 weeks so i am fresh for workouts and can keep up on workouts.. and then increase way up, hopefully to 90-100 over the summer?
