Body: I wasn't always a fan of Sprintgeezer (I seem to remember some issues with your assessment of top distance runners top end 100 meter speed) but I am a full convert to Sprintgeezerism. Why Rupp gets a worse rap than Solinsky by some is beyond me. Solinsky, Solinskrap or Chris "Everett" Solinsky is now the runner I love to hate. He's like the Barry Bonds of baseball, the T.O. of football or the Tiger of golf to many.
