T – 9 (around 9 min)

S – 14 w/ 5k (17:33)

Total: 85
Not a good week but it was the best I could do. Last Sunday’s run was my longest for a while and we had heavy rain and flooding and I was running through long section close to knee deep. I underestimated how much it took out of me but it was good for strength no doubt. I have another couple of hectic weeks but will try to post comments next week. The training has stepped up across the board though, not just new posters but long time posters progressing well.
