Former 30+ year record holder was none other than Steve Scott. Jock is silly fast (could've been a very successful 400 meter runner) and works harder than anyone on the track. He also has guts - pushes the pace from meter 1. The fact that he is running 1500s for strength is solid. He is training to his weaknesses as each and every one of us should.
