If you dont like the coach and his program is in direct conflict of what has been working for you then what the hell are you waiting around for..... He has talent and if the coach there cant write a program to fit him then he is an idiot! Changes in coaches dont effect the average runner, but the ones that have National title and hopes for the Olympics it is huge!Perfect example is that Oregon is a horrible place to live and no big status on the education, but runners go there for the coach and the program!
