Rolled my ankle pretty badly today. I was originally going to run 90 mins averaging 155BPM but had to stop because the pain was too much. Sitting with my foot in a bucket of ice right now hoping that I can keep the swelling down enough to run tomorrow.


used the wrong handle. my bad. total ended up being 52 miles for the week
