Vig is the cause of these problems. His xc team at Virgina got worse every year he was there. He can only coach 800-1500 and those guys are studs anyway so they would be good if they chose to buy in at any program. They have chosen not to buy in and need to go do something else. Watson should not compromise for robbie andrews. If Andrews doesnt like it then he should move on like he is. A good team culture needs to be built. Don't let the door hit you in the ass, Robbie.
