Of meaningful debate, we know the legendary Lydiard and Canova too, would embrace it. We learn from meaningful debate. We have lost site of the fact that the underlying principles are similar/same. The specifics have differences. Has anyone dared to read the entire document at Champions Everywhere? In the Original Post, it was made clear that the Rountable was a group of very knowledgeable Lydiard coaches speaking. I don't care who you are comparing to, Lydiard will appear to come out on top, that is natural. Try a Canova rountable....it will appear prejudiced in favour of Canova. So be it.
