Body: I definitely don't care enough about losing the weight to read three or four books on alternative diet plans. Will I burn the fat much more quickly if I limited my carb intake for a few weeks? will limiting my carb intake affect the quality of my runs? I've heard the benefits of switching over to fat burning mode on long runs, but it sounds like it's harder to run fast when using fat as a fuel source.
