I cant understand a single word you just said. What do you want out of gun laws and what do you think the problem is? And to the o.p., the entire tragedy behind situations like this is that INNOCENT people get shot. These people who get picked on and come back to get their revenge, they take their rage out on other kids who never even bullied them. Really people, if you are a victim of bullying, then i would think you would be nerdy enough/smart enough to take your revenge out on the specific individuals who bullied you.
