There are quite a few sub 14 guys. Certainly some hobby joggers but for the most part serious i.e sub 18 guys and girls. My PB is 14:56, lots of low 15's and unfortunatley lots much slower than that the last few years. would kill to break even 16 again. Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
