Goal Race: Wrightsville Beach Half Marathon March 18 Goal Time: sub 77 M- 14mi @ 6:54avg T- 6mi treadmill @ 7:30 W- 8mi @ 7:00 T- 6mi treadmill @ 7:30 F- 8mi incl 5k (17:25) 5 x 200m with 200 walk/jog in 33's This was meant to be a 5k @HM, 1k float, 5k @ HM. I totally screwed the pooch. Did not have great legs and there was a 20mph wind. Long story short, I pulled the plug after 1st 5k.
