W - AM 16 PM - 4
Th - AM 11 PM 7
F - 11 w/ 4x 1000 moderate/500 hard/500 rest on hilly grass loop.
S - AM 7 PM 5

Week total - 84 miles (YES!)

Sundays race was perfect. My legs were heavy from the mileage and two workouts this week, but I felt great putting 5:45's down the whole way on a hilly course. For the first time in ages I am feeling like all is not lost for Boston. Going to run long on wednesday again this week.
