Race: Outdoor Track
Goal: Survival

Monday- 5 + 4 Cross Training on Stairmaster/Bike
Tuesday- 5 + 3 on Stairmaster
Wednesday- 6 + 2 on Stairmaster (start of snow)
Thursday- 5 (heavy snow)
Friday- 4 (snow and slush)
Saturday- 6.5 (cold 7 Fahrenheit, windy) + 3.5 on treadmill
Sunday-10 miles worth of cardio. 25 min treadmill, 30 eliptical, 15 bike.

Total- 55 miles

Highest week of effort I could say 55 is a debatable number. A lot of running in snow which slowed the pace a bit but left for a stiff legs in the morning. Getting back into the rhythm of daily training again, the drive is definitely back. Starting to feel like I have some speed, back on a diet (just eating less, not super healthy) and it is starting to have some effect after only a week. Should be in decent shape come the start of outdoor.

Hope everyone is going good, some solid weeks from what I saw. I plan on trying 65 in this format next week, I hope I can increase my runs, 50 minutes seems to be where I can get until pain kicks in. It is a big improvement considering 10 minutes would be the point I would break down 3 weeks ago.
