Body: With all due respect, I wasn't being moronic or being a dick. In fact, as a chemist, I'm quite possibly more intelligent than you, and my post wasn't really written in dick mode. You should read it again. But, I will repeat, if your tactic is to use aggressive behavior ... even if it is passive in nature ... you should expect some sort of retribution. It may be for a noble cause, you may become a martyr ... but expect retribution. If you burn down the building that's used by people who are armed, don't be surprised if, wow .... they shoot. And especially, don't be passive aggressive, receive a response .... and then seek damages. I'll respect these UC-Davis folks if they man up and continue to fight the good fight without seeking cash money. That would weaken their argument ..... And, come on ... the President of the University only apologized to save her own arse. She doesn't really feel bad. Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
