My diet so far today:

"Breakfast" - banana
Run
Post run/lunch - brown rice with vegetables, rice pudding
Snack - apple, snacked on some almonds/chocolate raisins between lunch and snack

My plan is to do another run (a short run this time) and then have a salad for dinner (I will add nuts, cheese to fill me up but not too much).
