Subject: Achilles Pain, Nerve damage/problem??
Body:

Ive been going through Achilles pain for quite a while now. Im not sure what it actually tendinitis, bursitis etc.
But recently when I massage it (usually with a lacrosse ball) I can go on a spot on my upper calf (gastroc, lateral side) and Ill feel like a tingling/sting lower in my Achilles. What is that? is that a nerve, is that something I should be worried about? Am I causing any further damage my swim/biking?

Also when I was doing a peritoneals stretch I also could feel the tingling in my lower Achilles By the insertion, lateral side.
