226.4 on the scale this morning.
Ran 5 miles Saturday with my younger (and lighter) brother, who is also training for the Army 10 Miler. I suggested we put the hammer down the last mile, but he had nothing left in the tank so we just cruised in at a steady 10 min pace.
Thinking of adding squats to my leg routine to replace leg press. These days it takes too much time to load up the machine with plates!
I am now working out with 220 on the bench (3 sets of 5). Maybe in another couple of weeks I will try for a new max of 275. It currently stands at 260.
