Tennis players these days spend a whole lot of time in the gym. The lack of imbalance in today's players is probably a result of the fact that they are working both sides during strength training. You aren't going to put on much bulk at all from just hitting ground strokes and serves on the practice court, so the fact that a given player plays right handed is only going to cause an imbalance if he also only does strength work with his right arm.
