Subject: RE: Reflections on my run today
I have been using it for three weeks now... five to six nights a week. The first thing it did was prove to me that when I drink caffeine after lunch I wake up alot more and get less deep sleep. The second this it has done so far is make me more focused on getting sleep. When I see a few bad nights in a row... I make sleep a priority by going to bed earlier or skipping a morning strength training session.
My long term goal with this is to correlate my sleep with my running performance so I can try to understand how sleep impacts my result and how hard workouts might impact my sleep.
It also gives my wife a laugh when I put it on...
