Yeah, what I meant was 1x600(tempo), 5 mins recovery or so, 2x400 at below race pace w/ ~3:00 recovery, again nothing too strenuous but just enough to get the legs moving, then some faster than race pace, about ~90-95% 200s w/ walk back recovery. 200s are fast. Idea is to make her feel good, get her legs moving, and get her feeling fast. All of this on Tuesday, then just easy mileage the rest of the week and strides day or two before.
