You are reporting the following post to the moderators for review and possible removal from the forum Poster: just another poster Subject: Binge eating help, recovery and support thread Body: I've noticed threads on binge eating lately, and I can certainly sympathize. There are times where I make a resolution to eat healthy after a binge, only to find myself in the kitchen the next day looking for anything to eat/eating an unhealthy amount of obscene stuff... not to mention times when I'm not even hungry but pass by a bakery/store and mechanically walk in and buy something... I don't think I have "emotional" problems, but I feel like I eat for taste and so even when I'm full I keep eating, justifying to myself that it's not "that much" or that my running will "burn it off" eventually. I'm not fat by any means but I could certainly shed a few pounds to help my running. So I thought we could all have a binge eating support thread where we hold each other accountable and post about going through a day without a binge, etc. I figure if other people are fighting the same thing, so can I and it will give me some support knowing others are feeling the same cravings as me and fighting them. So post here, and let's hope that we can all change our diets. Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
