Goal: London sub 2:58
T: 4 / 8 with 3x1M (6:00, 5:58, 5:53)
W: 4 / 6
R: 3 / 14 with 2x4M (6:52, 6:48)
S: 12 (out in 8:06 and back in 7:20)
Not quite a down week but less than last week. Workouts went well, Tuesday miles were right were i wanted them. Thursday MP session was a bit difficult, the first 4M were harder than the second 4M. Today i did an easy 12 miles, felt very comfortable.
I am probably not being smart about recovery. I've gone
64, 57, 68, 68, 76, 76, 81, 73 the past 8 weeks. Last off day was January 3. I probably should have taken this week down to 50ish miles but i was literally itching to get out there.
