Workouts went well, Tuesday miles were right were i wanted them. Thursday MP session was a bit difficult, the first 4M were harder than the second 4M. Today i did an easy 12 miles, felt very comfortable. I am probably not being smart about recovery. I've gone 64, 57, 68, 68, 76, 76, 81, 73 the past 8 weeks. Last off day was January 3. I probably should have taken this week down to 50ish miles but i was literally itching to get out there. Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
