You are reporting the following post to the moderators for review and possible removal from the forum Poster: Reno Subject: RE: Masters Weekend Runs and Races Body: Hi Masters, Feeling better after 10 days of a prolonged head cold, although now my wife has it twice as bad. 45 miles with a decent set of 5x600 on Tuesday; then on Friday had and a great set of 7x 200 hills, then jogged a mile to the track for 3x300 @ 800 pace plus 4x 110 faster. 12.5 miles today. I'm looking forward to Bloomington, nyloco. The M45 distance races look to be pretty good. I haven't checked much of the other fields yet to see who is coming. Still have to get in some sort of rust buster race prior to then (not counting a planned 10 mile road race in 2 weeks).
