Little update on how my rehab is going. I am back to mixing up running and cross-training. I have gone 25, 35, and now 45mpw this week. I am getting my form back slowly. It is hard to find a natural stride but it is coming back slowly. I do resistance band things every day. I get ibuprofen before runs then ice after.
Anyway the Marathon is pretty much not happening this year. I am overweight (170lbs) compared to this summer (145lbs). So the goal is to drop as much weight as I can properly. Then get into a proper base again this summer, with maybe holding off on the workouts and focusing on my consistent and relaxed pacing on easy runs.

Hope everyone is doing good, I feel my lurking on LR correlates pretty well with my increases in mileage
